Our crew are not just tools to get our agenda done. We don't use them and move on. We are in the trenches together and they often become family.

Having someone available solely for the people is instrumental to health and success

It isn't a theory to us. We have brought out an intercessor/chaplain to every large set we have had since 2023. Most of the crew are not believers and believe it or not, it isn't weird.

At first it takes a little time to build relationships because nobody has heard of this in film before unless it's a Christian film. Most our crew weren't believers of anything when we started but after a few sets, relationships were built, and the crew became friends with the chaplain. Prayer and support was there as needed and the atmosphere changed.

Commercial clients appreciate it as it a major component of how we intentionally steward our sets and crew.

We learn about your production or organization and go back to the team to pray about who to partner you with.

We then make an proposal based upon how much engagement and interaction we all feel is necessary and your team can decide if it is a good fit for you.

We assign a Chaplain to you or your company who will regularly pop in and be a spiritual lighthouse. We ask for 1 year commitments because of the time it takes for crew to start trusting and utilizing Chaplains.

We have opened a 501c3 in order to better support this venture. When you sign up for a Chaplain, this is a 100% tax write off.
